In this Practice, we begin our romp through undergirding principles in Canada's public law and constitutional system. We play rounds of Public Law Jeopardy (Unwritten Constitution Round).

Prior to the Practice, listen to Podcast 4: The Rule of Law and Constitutional Supremacy and view or listen to Podcast 5 Constitutional Blueprint (audio, video) and Podcast 6: Separation of Powers and Parliamentary Sovereignty . Also read Forcese, Dodek et al pp. 113-174.

This also the point where I ask you to start your skill development. We will not have discussed Access to Information law by this point, but I will be asking you to file federal access requests by soon after the date of Practice 5, to ensure that those are in process early in the term.
