Read Forcese, Dodek, pp.564-587 (up to Agraira extract). In reading Baker and Dunsmuir, appreciate that these are complicated cases and their presence here is intended to expose you to these leading cases and the reasoning in them. I do not expect you to grasp every nuance. In terms of the spelling of some terms I mention in the podcast but with which you may be unfamiliar: ultra vires; certiorari; mandamus.
