Current Challenges in Criminal Procedure: An overview

These materials are intended to provide students an opportunity to reflect on the course material by setting it in the context of ongoing challenges in criminal procedure. It is adapted from the Criminal Law Materials developed in tandem with Michelle Oberman and our team of students. This represents our work to date, but these casebooks are part of an ongoing, iterative process--they are not fixed. We want to hear from you about what we missed, what we should include, what's not working for you. The casebook, in other words, is a communal project, permitting collaboration with colleagues from around the globe.
