Lion Elastomers, 372 NLRB No. 83 (May 1, 2023)

In Lion Elastomers, the Board reversed the 2019 decision in General Motors, reinstating pre-existing law allowing employees a buffer zone of protection when, in the course of otherwise protected activity, they engage in intemperate, profane, or racially insensitive behavior.
