Labor law is dynamic. This case supplement captures any significant changes in National Labor Relations Board precedent since the end of 2023 (when your casebook's coverage ends) and additional cases that the casebook omitted.
This is a work-in-progress. We are adding decisions as they are released. They will be edited as quickly as possible, but no later than the week before they are due to be read in Professor Jacob and Watts's Spring 2025 Labor Law class at George Washington University Law School.
