H2O Casebook Collection

The purpose of this casebook is to provide public policy professionals with a basic understanding of how regulations are used in the policy development process.  This casebook will provide a foundational understanding of the Administrative Procedure Act of 1946, the quasi-legislative and quasi-judicial powers granted to Executive branch agencies, the limitations of these powers, the rulemaking process, adjudication, and the roles of the three Branches of government in regulatory policy.   While this is not a traditional law text, the casebook does include some case readings, including optional readings for students who are interested.
