Gantler v. Stephens (Consider removing, bad law on ratification)

This case tried to restate Wheelaborator, but overstated its holding on ratification, so Corwin later said, "Oh, yeah, that was just the technical definition of a defined term. You can't call it "ratification", but it has the same effect." It's a stretch. Seems more likely they stepped out of line with Gantler and then reversed with Corwin.

So the only useful part here is the material misstatement, which isn't used.
