Loving v. Virginia, 388 U.S. 1 (1967)
Earlier, we studied Loving v. Virginia's holding striking down Virginia's anti-miscegenation statute as a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause. In another part of the opinion, the Court addressed whether the law also violated the Due Process Clause.
