Neal Katyal was the Acting Solicitor General of the U.S. that issued the May 20, 2011 Confession of Error in Japanese-American Internment Cases. He went on to represent the plaintiffs challenging the so-called "Muslim Ban" and argued Trump v. Hawaii at each level of the court system.
