A guide to the amicus briefs in the affirmative-action cases - SCOTUSblog (2022)
Eventually, there were hundreds of "friend of the court" briefs filed in the consoliated cases of SFAA v. Harvard and SFAA v. North Carolina. This article summarizes some of the angles that organizations, individuals, elected officials and governmental entitites, including many "Asian" organizations and Jesuit universities took. Ultimately, Asian Americans and various organizations representing viewpoints of various Asian groups filed many briefs on both sides of the cases.
