Amerasian Teen-ager Welcomed to New Home With Banners, Flag (June 4, 1987)
A crippled Amerasian teen-ager was welcomed to the United States on Thursday by a group of high school students who want to help the youngster forget the Vietnam streets where had begged tourists for food.
Le Van Minh, 15, who cannot walk, was carried from the plane by Rep. Robert Mrazek, D-N.Y.
