Trump v. Hawaii (2018)

In this case, the Supreme Court considered a challenge to the third of Trump's travel bans, Proclamation 9645 of September 24, 2017.  It is the third iteration of the ban contained in Executive Order 13780.  The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), upon which Trump relied for the authority to issue the ban, can be found here.
