Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Org., June 2022 (Supplemental Reading)
Last term, the USSC overruled Roe v. Wade, which had protected a woman's right to an abortion under certain circumstances for nearly 50 years. Does this ruling impact the actions of state attorneys general and, if so, how? For discussion purposes, reading the syllabus only will suffice.
