This is a collection of judicial decisions that we typically discuss in my class, Law and American Society at Temple Univeristy Japan Campus. The cases are meant to help the student understand some of the key concepts we cover in each week's class. The cases are heavily edited to make them easier to read, and I often include notes that provide context and explainations of terms that the reader may be seeing for the first time.
