Best Bike Co. just received news of another down quarter. Worried suppliers demand early repayment. Lenders refuse to advance another loan. Only Jim Cramer predicts a rosy future for this legend in the cycling industry.

The boardroom, adorned with framed images of your iconic bike designs, now carries a somber air. You stand at the head of the table, flanked by the top executives and long-standing employees who have given everything for this company and announce that this is the end.
