Ethics Complaint Against Emil Bove

Emil Bove is currently the principal associate deputy attorney general (as of 2025). He has been nominated to serve as a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is barred in New York. This complaint was filed by four senators with the Attorney Grievance Committee of New York, alleging violations of N.Y. Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4.
