Linked here are Amazon's corporate documents, including its bylaws. Browse the bylaws to get a sense of what types of items are typically included. If you were drafting bylaws for a client, this is the process you would use. You would read several sets of bylaws from similar companies and pick out the pieces that are relevant to your client. You'd typically find the organizational documents for a public company on its "investor relations" page.
