Hypotheticals Based on the Jury Instructions
For each of the following hypotheticals, consider whether, in the state of Colorado, a defendant could be convicted under the relevant statute based on the conduct described. Don't think about whether the conduct is, or should be, prohibitted by some law; consider only whether the defendant described is guilty under the statute provided.
