United States v. Trump, 91 F. 4th 1173 (D.C. Cir. 2024)

[Excerpt - Separation of Powers]

Note:  This is an excerpt of the D.C. Circuit decision determining that a former President of the United States is not immune from criminal prosecution for acts while in office under separation of powers principles (among other determinations).  The U.S. Supreme Court overturned this decision in Trump v. United States in July 2024.
