For Deeper Learning
Think of For Deeper Learning as your optional, chapter-by-chapter companion—supporting your curiosity with longer reads, prior updates, and related issues, without adding to your required workload. You’ll sometimes see older updates parked here so the required readings can feature the newest and most relevant sources.
Everything in this section is optional and ungraded—none of these readings are required. These are curated additions for deeper exploration: often longer works or pieces that reach beyond the week’s core goals. When you’re curious and want to dig in, start here.
Each chapter’s list mirrors the book’s order so you can quickly find a relevant follow-up. If you’re working on a project or memo, these are strong first stops for additional sources and current debates. Feel free to take a salad bar approach here--choose the one or two items that fit your interests or questions. I may add or archive selections over time to reflect developments; required readings will not change because of these updates.
