Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court, 542 U.S. 177 (2004)
Stop-and-Identify: Can someone be arrested for failing to identify themselves during a temporary detention?
The Court concludes there is no Fourth Amendment violation here, since the initial stop was based on reasonable suspicion and the statute requiring Hiibel to identify himself is not vague.
