U.S. private-sector labor law is so dynamic that a printed casebook likely will be outdated shortly after the date of publication. Using an open-source online text allows me to keep the content current (while saving students from having to purchase an expensive and quickly obsolete text). 

I will continue to edit this casebook throughout the semester to add/edit cases.
