This video explores the controversy surrounding the constitutionality of applying risk-assessment tools in determining the outcome of criminal cases.  The video discusses two cases to illustrate potentially implicated constitutional provisions.  First, a challenge based on the Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause.  Second, a challenge based on the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.
