2 U.S. Const. art. VI, § 2

This section of the U.S. Constitution is known as the "Supremacy Clause." It talks about the nature of the Constitution as a legal document and its relationship with congressional acts like laws and treaties. It also describes the relationship between states and the U.S. Constitution.
